    1864/66: Rivadavia 5 c. green and 15 c. blue (2), wmk. 'RA', perf. 11½, used on registered cover front and one back flap to Rosario, paying the triple weight (15 c.) + registration (25 c.) fee, tied by oval framed "CORREOS NACIONALES / FRANCA / DE SAN JUAN" oval handstamp, one 15 c. also tied by one of four surrounding strikes of the framed CERTIFICADO handstamp in black.
