Serie 1889", 3 c. dull green on white postal stationery Letter-Cards printed by the American Banknote Co., an unused example with full italic text on reverse as per the 1887 4th Series 3 c. Letter-card but without the ABN imprint between. This card remained unissued as ABN lost the contract to Waterlow who also could have produced this card. Rare, discovered by Cesar Jones of Montevideo and unlisted by H&G.
