    1863c: Cover front from Ruse/Rustchuk to the well-known Armenian merchant Kevork Kapamagian in Istanbul bearing Thoughra Postage due 5 pi. black on red-brown thin paper, a fine and fresh single example with good to huge margins all round, tied twice by strikes of dotted RUSCUK handstamps in black (Coles & Walker fig. 60) and Stambul mute obliterator.
