    Vilayet of Andrinople 1908: 10 pa. green, a used example on small envelope from Xanthi to Constantinople tied by bold strike of "TELEGRAF VE POSTAHANEI ISKETCHE 1320" circular negative seal handstamp in black (Coles & Walker / Isfila / Nicolas & Galinos unlisted). Reverse with Isketche cds of transit (C&W fig. 57) and Galata arrival cds. Rare, possibly unique.rn
