    1888 (Jan 2): Unpaid Cover from Bucharest to Spineni, taxed upon arrival with double deficiency of 30 bani, franked with bisected 60 bani due brown, tied by Spineni cds (Jan 16) in red, another information strike on reverse. Strong vertical fold well away from stamp and postmarks, already torn at base, nevertheless an interesting usage.
