    1868: 3 b. violet, a used example with large margins all round, tied to 1872 Printed Matter entire letter to District Doljui, Craiova tied by "Bucuresci" cds (Kiriac fig. 522) in black with framed 'PD' at right. Reverse with Craiova cds in blue. The entire stained along folds at edges but the adhesive fine: a rare franking.
