    Austrian offices in the Dobrudja 1875 (June 9): Envelope from Sulina to Trieste bearing 1874 fine whiskers 15 s. brown, a fresh and fine single example, tied by clear "SULINA 9 / 6 75" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 840). Reverse with Itzkany transit cds and oval TRIEST arrival cds (June 17, 1875). Minor perf. toning and backflap missing, nevertheless an attractive and desirable cover.
