    Austrian offices in Anatolian Black Sea ports 1878 (Aug 9): Envelope from Kerassunde to Ibraila, franked by 1867 fine whiskers 10 s. blue, a fresh and fine single adhesive, tied by thimble  "KERASSUNDE 9 / 8 78" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 988). Reverse with Constantiople transit and BRAILA arrival cds's (Aug 18). A scarce mark on fine cover, fine port-to-port usage.
