    Austrian offices in Epirus 1870c (Dec 5): Letter sheet from Prevesa via Antivari to Scutari in Albania, bearing 1867 coarse whiskers 10 s. blue, a single adhesive with fresh colour and good perforation was tied by "PREVESA 17 / 3" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 516) in black. Upon arrival in Scutari, Turkey Dulos 20 pa. green and a bisected postage due 2 pi. red brown were added and tied by crisp Scutari handstamp (Coles & Walker fig. 3 / Tchilinghirian fig. 498) in black. A scarce and attractive mixed franking cover. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2007) Ferchenbauer = € 3'500.
