    Lloyd mail from Corfu 1869 (Dec 1): Fully paid cover from Corfu to Herisau, Switzerland, endorsed "via Trieste", franked with 1867 coarse whiskers 5 s. red, a horizontal strip of three and a single in fresh colour, all tied by clear "SCHIFFSAMT N°1 1 / 12 Corfu 69" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 88). Reverse with St. Gallen - Zürich ambulant cds and arrival datestamp (Dec 6, 1869). A most attractive and rare item.rnProvenance: Collection 'E.S.' , DF, Oct. 2008, lot 20249.
