    Austrian offices in Bulgaria 1877 (March 31): Entire letter from Burgas to Constantinople, bearing horizontal pair 1867 fine whiskers 5 s. red, a fresh and fine multiple with good perforation, tied by crisp "BURGAS 31 / 3" (Tchilinghirian fig. 936). A splendid cover, Burgas is known to have primarily used the low denominations of this issue.
