    Austrian offices in Bulgaria 1867 (May 30): Envelope from Sofia to Constantinople, bearing 1864 10 s. blue perf. 9½, a fresh and fine single example with good perforation, tied by light "SOFIA 30 / 5" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 864) of the consular post office. Reverse with CONSTANTINOPEL arrival cds (June 3). Some edge wear and toning, nevertheless a fine cover from the scarcest Austrian PO in Bulgaria.
