    Austrian offices in the Dobrudja 1866 (April 27): Entire letter from Kustendje to Constantinople bearing a horizontal pair of 1864 5 s. rose, a fresh multiple with good embossing and normal perforation, tied by light "LLOYD AGENZIE KUSTENDJE 27 / 4" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 844). Reverse with "LLOYD AGENZIE COSTANTONOPLI 27 / 4" arrival cds. Two minor faults at the base of the left stamp, nevertheless an attractive franking paying the port-to-port rate of 10 soldi.
