    Austrian offices in Bulgaria 1864 (May 15): Cover from Rustchuk to Vienna, bearing 1863 15 s. brown perf. 14, a fresh and fine horizontal pair with good perforation and embossing, tied by clear "RUSTSCHUK 15 / 5" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 876) of the consular post office in blue. Reverse with WIEN arrival datestamp (May 17). An appealing franking, in addition a very early usage after stamps came into use in Rustchuk in April 1864.
