FELDPOSTAMT 3e Ae Cs 28/5" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 737) and FRANCO, crossed pen strike showing full prepayment, reverse with transit  "BUKAREST 5/6" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 713). An unusual usage.
