    DDSG in Bulgaria 1869 (March 31): Entire letter from Svishtov to Orsova franked by 1867 DDSG definitive 10 kr. green type I, tied by clear oval AGENZIE D.D.S.G. SISTOV handstamp and thimble "31 / 3" datestamp, both in blue (Tchilinghirian figs. 928 & 928a). Filing fold well away from the adhesive and the postmarks, a very fresh and appealing entire.
