    1860/61: 1 p. red, third impression, cornucopia on white ground, a fine example with large even margins all round (rare on this stamp) and portion of adjoining stamp at top, used on 1861 entire letter from Tacna to Cochabamba, Bolivia tied by 'Admon Pral de Correos / Tacna' cds (Aug 19). Manuscript '1½' to pay upon delivery at left. Rare so fine on letter.
