    1860/61: 1 d. blue, Second Retouch, with background lines missing, a used vertical pair on 5 Oct 1862 entire letter from Tacna to Cochabamba with ample to large margins all round, the upper stamp missing large parts of the design and almost certainly marginal from top of sheet, tied by 'Admon Pral. de Correos / Tacna' cds in black. Manuscript '2' charge for local delivery due upon receipt. A magnificent pair and a very rare entire.
