(Mao waving) and, on reverse, with Nov 1968 "Thoughts of Chairman Mao" second issue 8 f. and definitive 1962 30 f. blue all tied by Peking cds's with "Palmerston North" arrival cds (Oct 7) alongside. A scarce commercial usage.
