    1918 (Dec 27): Lviv issue 3 h. (pair), 5 h., and 10 h. (Bulat no. 1,2,3) tied "STANISLAU 3b" on cover addressed to Tlumacz (Tlumach), vertical crease clear of stamps; this cover is #9 on Kuzych»s list of Lviv covers (Ukrainian Philatelist 2002) where he estimates that about 24 exist. Signed Mikulski Bulat = $ 1'900 for stamps only.
