    1899 (Aug 31): 2 k. green, perf. 14½:15, tied by "ROPiT Konstantinopol" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 17) to complete newspaper with wrapper still attached and sent via Odessa (Sep 3) to Italy. Possibly the only recorded complete newspaper with Russian Levant stamp. Provenance: Collection Lipschutz.                         Cihangir Corinphila sale 121 (2000).
