    1913 (July 29): 10 k. blue Romanov commemorative stamps (2) on a reg'd envelope to Berlin (Aug 13). The item was reg'd in the machine at the PO at the Tsarskoe Selo train station and shows the corresponding machine mark (Baillie & Peel type 8J4v2) as well as a handstamp 'Taken from the automat' on the reverse. Vertical fold away from the stamps.
