    1893 (Aug 14): 10 k. stationery envelope with additional 10 k. blue arms definitives, dispatched as reg'd letter at the 4th city PO and sent via London (Aug 29) to Oxford (Aug 30). The registration number is marked with a very scarce rubber mark '17 IV. OTD.' (Baillie & Peel type 8D7).
