    1780 (May 3): Entire letter from Sent, Unterengadin to Grave, Netherlands addressed to Major Poult of Schmid's Grisons Regiment in Dutch service, sent care of Surgeon Brun in Chur. Manuscript "Franco Zürich" at upper left and manuscript rates of '4', 8' and '14' on front panel. A fine entire mailed just prior to the Anglo-Dutch War.
