    (May 24): The 1892 stationery envelopes (8), 1 c. deep blue, 2 c. violet and 5 c. pale brown, 148 x 92 mm, and same designs but size 131 x 117 mm, and 5 c. brown envelope size 224 x 98 mm, and 5 c. brrown envelope 224 x 114mm, all superb used with "Washington DC / Congrès Postal Universel / May 24" Flag cancellations. A scarce and fine matched set, this being the first slogan ever to appear on an American machine cancellation.
