    1899: Rejected Die 1½ a. red on yellow postal stationery card, a used example to Germany up-rated with 1899 1 a. olive green and 2 a. grass green vertical pair tied by Bangkok cds's with Swiss type Bangkok cds alongside (21.7.1903). Card endorsed "Union Postal Universelle" at top in manuscript. The card with slight soiling and ink offsets but a rarity in used condition.
