Sigismond for the reply paid discussions, with 5 c., 10 c. and 25 c. values imperforate in miniature sheet format, creased, numbered 509 of 1'000 printed and signed by Sigismond at right. The stamps list 41 UPU member states and are printed in green, red and blue. A most unusual piece.
