    Prisoner of War Mail 1914/46c.: Small collection of covers/cards (28) with Japanese "Bando Camp" cards mint (4) with illustrated backs showing Musicians, Hockey players etc., 1942c. cover from POW Camp in Suriname via USA to Germany; Isle of Man POW and Internment Camp covers (6) from Knockaloe and another from Abergele, North Wales; card from Siberia; cover from Liverpool Camp, Australia etc. Note: The 1906 Congress initiated the sending of Prisoners of War Mail as free between warring countries and via Red Cross Agencies in neutral countries.
