    1865 (Nov 8): Double rate cover ex the Polignac correspondence addressed to Paris, franked by 1861 rough perf. 14-16 1 d. red in two horizontal pairs and two 6 d. deep bright green all tied by "A10" numeral obliterators with single ring "St. Vincent" despatch cds alongside. "1/2 d." credit in red crayon below and London transit cds on front in red and Paris arrival (Nov 30) on reverse. A very fine and extremely rare cover. Cert BPB (2000).
