    U.S. Post Offices 1902 (March 3): Cover from Shanghai to New York franked by USA 1895/98 5 c. dull blue well tied by "U.S. Postal Agency / Shanghai" duplex, with New York arrival (April 3) on reverse; also an 1899 in-coming cover from Boston with 5 c., addressed to the U.S. Consul in Chefoo "U.S. Postal Agency / Shanghai / Rec'd" arrival alongside two dollar chops. A fine pair.
