    Largest regional expansion 1869 (May 24): Entire letter from Rethymno to Trieste, bearing 1864 Arms 5 s. rose, perf. 9½ in mixed franking with 1867 10 s. blue, tied by "RETTIMO 24/5" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 549). Reverse with oval Triest arrival cds (June 5). An attractive cover with a scarce cancellation, illustrated in 'Die österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 309 and in the Ferchenbauer handbook part IV on page 540.
