    Largest regional expansion 1873 (Aug 2): Entire letter from Burgas to Constantinople at port-to-port rate, franked with horizontal pairs of 1867 2 s. yellow and 3 s. green, tied by "BURGAS 2/8" cds in black (Tchilingirian fig. 936). Reverse with Lloyd Agenzie Constantinopoli arrival cds (4/8). File fold and some minor aging to the adhesives, but a very rare franking.
