    Largest regional expansion 1866 (Sept 28): Entire letter from Plovdiv to Vienna, franked with 1864 Arms pair of 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, fresh and fine, cancelled by "FILIPOPOLI 28/9" cds in black (Tchilingirian fig. 868). Reverse with Vienna arrival cds. A rare Post Office for prepaid franked covers, illustrated in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 303 and in the Ferchenbauer handbook part IV on page 529.
