    Austrian Levant Rates 1864c: Austrian postal stationery envelope 25 kr. grey with additional 1864 10 kr. blue perf. 9½, sent from Vienna to Constantinople, cancelled by "WIEN 2 / 11 , 7. A." cds in black, reverse with "CONSTANTINOPEL" arrival (Nov 20) cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). Cover with minor imperfections and cleaned, a rare stationery usage showing the 35 kr. rate to Constantinople with 15 kr. for Austria and 20 kr. for the Levant.
