    Austrian Levant Rates 1864c: Registered cover from Bucharest to Lemberg, franked by 1864 Arms 15 s. brown and 10 s. blue (2, one on reverse), all perf. 9½, tied by oval "BUKAREST 10 / 6 RECOMMANDIRT" datestamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 716). Reverse with Pesth transit and Lemberg arrival cds (June 16). A fine cover showing the 25 kr. rate before 1866 to Walachia with 15 kr. for Austria and 10 kr. for the Levant with 10 kr. registration fee in addition. Rare.
