    Disinfection in Aleksinac 1856: Cover from Veles in Macedonia to Pesth, sent via Forwarding Agent first to the Serbian Lazaret at Aleksinac on the border between Turkey and Serbia, with wax seal "KARANTIN ALEKSINASKI" (Meyer page 299), thence via the Austrian Levant Office in Belgrade with two line "BELGRAD / 7. MAI" datestamp (Müller 178a = 120 points / Tchilinghirian fig. 663) struck in black. Reverse with "SIGILLIUM SANITATIS" disinfection handstamp applied at Semlin, Semlin transit and Pesth arrival datestamps (May 10) in black.
