    Disinfected Mail 1815 (July 30): Entire letter from Taganrog in Southern Russia carried by hand via Constantinople where mailed to Naples, showing rastel punching and Semlin 'NETTO DI FUORA E SPORCO DI DENTRO' disinfection strike on reverse, faint arrival on obverse in red. Illustrated and discussed in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 105.
