    1869 (Jan 9): Great Britain 1864/79 1 d. red pl. 99 used on Soldier's Concessionary rate cover from Gibraltar to Ford, Hertforshire, endorsed 'From Gunner J - Foster, No. 9 Batt. 15 Brigade' and counter-signed by Commanding Officer at base, tied by "A26" oblitertor with GIBRALTAR cds alongside (Jan 9). Reverse with side flap missing but showing complete 'Bishop's Stortford' arrival (Jan 17).
