    1857 (Nov 6): Great Britain 1856 4 d. rose and 6 d. lilac used on 1857 cover from Gibraltar to Constantinople tied by two strikes of the "G" in bars obliterator with double arc GIBRALTAR cds at left in blue (Nov 9) and 'British Post Office / Constantinople' arrival cds (Nov 28) in red below. An extremely scarce early usage to a scarce destination, a most attractive cover.
