    Arabi Revolt 1882 (Oct 17): Great Britain 1881 2½ d. blue pl. 22 used on cover to Bristol tied by 'retta' handstamp in black with 'Alexandrie / Depart' cds at left in black (Oct 17). Mailed from 'HMS Thalia' with imprint of same on reverse, just ten days after the British withdrew the Military Postal service; sold together with a fine quayside photograph of the HMS Thalia taken in 1882.
