    1872 (Nov 9): Great Britain 1864 1 d. red pl. 138 single example and 1 d. red pl. 141 with a single and strip of four used on 1872 envelope from Arica to Greenock, Scotland cancelled by poor strikes of the "C36" obliterator and by single circle ARICA datestamp, reverse of opened for display cover showing 1858/69 2 d. blue pl. 13 in a block of six, this last overlooked at Arica and cancelled by the "C38" obliterator of Callao with cds alongside (Nov 14). The adhesives with minor scuffs and the block with one stamp with closed tear but a rare and most unusual cover.
