    "4" Surcharges 1877: "4" on 6 d. rose, surcharged Type 2a/2c, a fine used example with variety: "Surcharge Double, One Inverted" showing surcharge Type 'a' upright and Type 'c' inverted, lightly cancelled in black. Ironed corner bend mentioned for accuracy, however this is an exceptional example of this extemely rare stamp: just 9 examples being recorded of which two are in the Tapling collection in the British Library, one in the Durell Collection at the Leys School, Cambridge and one in the collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
