Provisional Issue 1861 (Feb 23): Woodblock 1 d. pale milky blue Error of Colour - with the 1 d. printed in the colour of the 4 d., a used example with large even margins on the angled sides, ample margin at base, somewhat unfortunately cancelled by CGH obliterator over the ONE of ONE PENNY but clearly discernable, small crease in lower right corner and a small paper inclusion, otherwise very fine and extremely rare.
