    1855/63: 6 d. slate-lilac on bluish paper, a magnificent unused pair, with large margins all round and sheet marginal watermark lines, of excellent impression and strong colour. Fresh and very fine, without gum. Superb in all respects, an item for the connoisseur. Cert. BPA (1990) as 'unused original gum'. Cert.
