    1886 (Jan 1): First Issue ½ d. dull green, 1 d. rose-red, 2 d. purple-brown, 4 d. orange-brown, 6 deep lilac and 1 s. yellow-brown all used on large piece of cover and individually cancelled by blurred "A26" obliterators with GIBRALTAR cds below (Gi = £ 800+), together with a further cover with three 1 d. rose-red used locally, a strip of four 2½ d. ultramarine used, single and pair of 6 d. deep lilac fine used and 1 s. yellow-brown fine used. A scarce and highly catalogued group (6 items).
