    Provisional Surcharges 1882: "½" in black on vertically bisected 1877 1 d. lilac, a vertical pair and three horizontal pairs used with single "½" in red on 1 d. lilac on registered 1888 cover to the Telegraph Station at Basseterre, Guadeloupe, all tied by 'Dominica' datestamps (Dec 13) in black with oval 'R' in red below.
