    Provisional Local Surcharges 1891: 6 c. in red on 10 c. on 4 d. mauve, a used example with variety "6 and Bar Inverted in Red" and 6 c. in black on 10 c. on 4 d. mauve variety "6 and Bar Inverted in Black", used on registered 1891 cover to Mrs. Aikman, Scotland tied by bold "O" obliterator with 'Belize' cds at left of despatch (Aug 28) and oval 'R' in red. Reverse with Cove cds, Dublin transit (Sept 12) in red and 'Registered / Glasgow' arrival cds (Sept 12). An extremely rare cover. Cert.
