    1900 (March 22): De La Rue Colour Trials for proposed 2 c. as sent to the Colonial Government to comply with UPU regulations, 13 imperforate bicoloured Colour Trials (all featuring the 1 cent value, all unadopted, one with ink blotch on surface) affixed to nine pieces from the page in the DLR records annotated above most with colour and Postage & Revenue and Duty Plate colours indicated, fresh and very fine group, nearly a third of the total of 46 samples proposed.
