    1888: Cover franked by India ½ a. green (2) with Bombay cds verso (Feb 22) addressed to 'S.S. Mira' care of Wm. Stapleton at Port Said, endorsed "Kindly send on Board", underpaid and taxed on arrival with 1888 Postage Due 1 pi. blue tied by 'T' marking and Port Said cds (March 6). Forwarded on to London with arrivals of March 31 and April 3, where charged a further "2½d/FB" at the Foreign Branch. Scarce and most unusual.
