    Surcharged by 'The West Indian Press' 1892 (July 11): Provisional ½ d. on 4 d. deep brown, used examples (12) on 1893 'Parcel Post / Insured Parcel' form with nine normal stamps in a strip of three and a block of six and a further strip of three at top showing HALF-PENNY surcharge double, one struck in black and another struck in red; all tied by 'Barbados / Parcel Post' datestamps (Aug 10) in black and paying the 6 d. insurance fee.
